Anytime I put a flash drive in my PC, Adobe Photo Downloader opens to load all my pictures. How and where can I change this setting?

Hello milo1,right click on the picture file and choose open with then choose a program you would like to use.

I was saying... if you want the pictures to open always with the program you select, you must remember to tick the option "Always use this program to open this kind of files" which is located at the bottom of the screen where you select which program to use to open the file (as JB said)
