I got Vista Home Premium for a gift and plan on doing a clean install. Actually a dual-boot would be preferred. Such as the triple boot listed prior to this posting.

Now my question is would my version of Smart-Restart enable or would i be locked out since it is already registered under an XP install? Would I have to de-register it before I install the new system or will I be forced to buy a new reg code?

You should be fine with simply using the same registration key on the new install. If you are dual-booting then it would be best to decide which partition you need it on and then un-install it from the other OS

XP used the My XXXX group for the Keep Area of Smart Restart correct? Well what are the folders in the Keep Area for Vista?
