Default Zango.ShoppingReport

All the time, when i scan with spybot, these two (Zango.ShoppingReport and right media) are there.

but how they are entering ?

i only copied that 2 result from spybot that is below :
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Zango.ShoppingReport: [SBI $DEDC9F30] IE toolbar (Registry value, nothing done)
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1757981266-1390067357-1801674531-1003\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser\{90B8B761-DF2B-48AC-BBE0-BCC03A819B3B}

Right Media: Tracking cookie (Internet Explorer: user) (Cookie, nothing done)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

I installed zango a very longtime ago, also i uninstalled that time itself.iam not having any toolbar of it.

then how still Zango.ShoppingReport remains in spybot result ?

and what is that right media and how it is entering ?

It still has an entry in the registry. Many programs leave behind registry entries and other things. If it really bothers you then

Click Start > Run and type in regedit

In the new window click Edit > Find and copy and paste 90B8B761-DF2B-48AC-BBE0-BCC03A819B3B

Then delete the key that comes up. Check that it is Zango. It should be.

NOTE: Deleting registry entries can damage your operating system. Do it at your own risk.

Of course, because it pertains to a certain bit of software (and I did a search in my own registry and didn't find that 'string') it is probably fine to delete since it is not a critical system entry.

You can delete the cookie manually as well. I would check your Spybot settings too, maybe you have it set to 'Not do anything' by default. I'm sure Spybot could delete those for you.

LW-I doubt this is a malware issue. As Amtech said they are just leftovers from an install of a toolbar. I get some residual things all the time with Spybot. Nothing that does harm though

You are right, they are just leftovers from an install of a toolbar. Also it does not harm though ...........

just All the time, when i scan with spybot, these two Zango.ShoppingReport and right media) are there.

I did malware scan too,but nothing showed as infected.................

Also as Amtech said :

NOTE: Deleting registry entries can damage your operating system. Do it at your own risk.

So sure i dont want to do that...eventhough it is not a critical system entry.

Just iam feeling uncomfortable in finding and deleting that 90B8B761-DF2B-48AC-BBE0-BCC03A819B3B in registry.
