I have no problem watching videos from youtube, etc, where the video loads.

But, if I'm trying to watch streaming video from News websites (BBC,CNN,ETC) or any other website, it'll start to play but then stop midway.
Now if I open a new tab or browser and load any other website the video will play whilst the other tab/browser is loading, but once it's done the video freezes again and will only keep playing if I continually refresh another tab/browser.

I have all the latest software definitions, and 15MB broadband connection.

Any help much appreciated.

Firstly, make sure you have the latest version of the flash player plugin installed by visiting the link below:

Adobe Flash Player

Providing your version is up to date and it still isn't working, then give reinstalling a shot.

What browser are you using? I recommend trying Firefox 3, or Google chrome, and see if using those helps. (you will have to re-install flash player)
