Stephane,
Have you updated your video drivers recently? I had a similar problem which was caused by video drivers. If you have the CD for your video card, install the drivers from that. It could also be some other software such as the CD burning application itself (Nero?) which is causing the problem. It would also help to know the brand and model of your graphics card, assuming this is a video issue. Once you logon you should also try clicking Start > Run and type msconfig in the box. Go to the Services tab and check the box for Hide All Microsoft Services. Then click Disable All for those that remain. Then go to the Startup tab and select Disable All. Restart and see if that helps. |

I see. So has this problem happened before or is it only triggered by this one online game?
And is this a Flash game (played in a browser) or a DVD/CD game like Call of Duty? You should try updating Flash if that's the case: Adobe Flash Player Also you may want to try a different browser and especially disable Spybot. It could be that the TeaTimer (if you have it running) was blocking a registry change which the game was making. If you trust the website, disable spybot. In fact if you do this: Click Start > Run > type msconfig And do the other bits mentioned above and restart see if it improves. You may have to test it by playing the game. I think the issue is a setting in the Spybot TeaTimer. as far as I know, that's the only thing that affects the registry. The TeaTimer is not required if you have Spybot (Resident) and an Antivirus software. I find it more annoying than anything. |

when i had the problem before it was when i was trying to burn cd's through itunes, came on here and got it fixed
![]() But now it has only happened when i have played this game on facebook in a browser and both times it was when it was through bt broadbands browser. I had no probs up till now with it. What worries me was when spybot was referring to kernel fault check, white list LASSH, i have never seen that before. |

There is a new version of Adobe Flash Player available as well that should help stop your online games crashing. Use the removal tool from here to get rid of all remnants of the old Flash version. The new Flash Player 10 version is here...
