Solved: Live Messenger - Quick Question

Hey guys,

I'm trying to get WLM to display my current song info from Foobar2000, but it says I need to download Media Player which, quite frankly, is a pain. I have the relevant DLL installed to make Live Messengers 'now playing' feature work with Foobar, but it's still telling me to download WMP.

My question is, is there anyway to get around this *without* having to resort to installing another one of Microsofts bloated products that serve me no use anyway?

Would really appreciate some help on this one! Thanks

Alot of microsoft products aim for using another one of microsoft products so could be a hard way around not sure tho ill go do some googling

Do apologise, it seems the answer was right in front of my eyes! Should learn to read more!!! (thanks to DIIRE for pointing it out)

Thanks for the reply Malcom. If anyone else has the same problem, try downloading this file here and merging one of the included reg files.
