i have a dell laptop and there is a button that automatically loads a software programme called Dell Media. Yesterday I accidentally pressed this button and since then my laptop does not fully run dell media- i get an error message blue screen but neither will it allow me to run windows vista which is the normal operating system- it now autiomatically starts loading dell media instead of windows
