Default Firefox Prob

Im getting used to this new browser but for some reason I can not load my yahoo instant mes from my email page, it keeps saying to load flash player 9. what ever or higher. Now I've tried that many times with no solution. But I do have it installed because I needed it for over things as well. So how do I make it work?

hi there, does this problem only occur for Yahoo?

in firefox, go to tools > add-ons > plugins, and check that flash is enabled. it could be that another add-on is preventing it from working, so try disabling any first.

if all else fails, try downloading and reinstalling from the following link. http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...ShockwaveFlash

If you click on the Flash entry in the Plugins section, it will show a button that either says Enable or Disable. You will need to maximise the Add-ons pop up box to see it properly...
