Ok well for the last little while my msn will not sign me on to this computer. I am able to sign in perfectly on any other computer but not this one on any email. It just keeps saying Signing In and sometimes it will come up saying that i cannot start a conversation with someone on my contact list while its signing in still. I am just not sure what could be doing this. I use AVG 2008 firewall is apparently allowing msn messenger through. I also have uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times and still same results. Any ideas?

Ok I am a little unsure on this one.Although lets try a few things first if they dont work we can get someone else to help out.


Ok open a browser page and click tools/internet options/delete temp files,cookies and history.

Click tools and manage addons now you can either disable them ALL and see if that works.Addons are not needed for all webpages.Once disabled them all you can always re-enable them.Or you can disable a few at a time and try entering hotmail/messenger again and keep trying and testing to see wich addon could be causing the problems,slow I know.

Download this and run:CCleaner - Home

Oh and check your windows firewall to see if it is allowed under exceptions tab.Is this a new problem?Also is your time and date correct on your computer as this not being correct can stop you signing into messenger and some web pages.
