This has worked for me in the past when I couldn't uninstall a program:
1) Log on as Administrator.
2) Click Start, All Programs, then point to the program you need uninstalled.
If that doesn't work, while still logged on as Administrator, Click Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, then select the program and click Remove.
As a sidebar, when the program is selected in Add/Remove Programs, do you see the entries: Size (with file size listed), used (frequency of use), and Last Used on (with the date) above the Change & Remove buttons??
