I can't scan a document & send it. I think that the problem is that it doesn't have a program to send it to. My computer came with the HP Photo & Imaging software, but my computer crashed & when the technician downloaded all of my programs, apparently he forgot to download that program....had it done in Pa. & I now live in Florida. Is there a free download somewhere for that program or a free download for another comparable program? I need to be able to scan & send receipts for a job that I am doing. Appreciate any help that anyone can give.

Thank you so much for your quick response. I downloaded the program that you suggested, but my psc seems to be set up to scan to the HP photo & imaging gallery only. I'm not very computer savvy (as I'm sure is evident) Do you have any other suggestions?

Do you use the HP Solution Center to do the scanning?
If not, what program do you use to do the scanning?
