Dear all,

we are running a 3rd party application linked into QuickBooks. This program also requires .NET frameworkto be installed on machine. Every time we now run this add-in program we get the Microsoft message "program name has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvinience". Error report contains the mesaage "system.io.filenotfoundexception" We suspect there is a conflict between Microsoft and Intuit(QuickBooks) and possibly related to .NET but would appreciate any guidance from the community.

As this is specific to a third party application, did you speak to the developers of the app yet?

We have spoken to the developer, but they are also stumped..........any further help would be appriciated. Thanks HMIN

Can we have the name of the developing company and the software app name plz
