when i go to shutdown my computer i get an end of program message. RAPIMGR.
it says this program is not responding. to return to windows and check the status of the program click cancel if you choose to end the program immediately you will lose any unsaved data to end the program now click end now.
how do i fix this?

Can you search and find out where rapimgr.exe is located on your computer? Also you may be able to delete this program(ActiveSync) via add/remove programs in your control panel if you do not require it. Are you experiencing 100% pc usage by this program? You can check via ctrl+alt+delete and check the processes tab.
