Default Silverlight bane to baseball vids

Since changing to Slverlight, I can no longer see videos on St. Louis Cardinals website, yet I can on mlb.com(but not the ones of St. Louis). Here is a screenshot. I tried a couple uninstall/reinstall fixes from Google search to no avail. Originally I was getting error codes for Silverlight, but now it never loads and plays the video - any ideas?
Thanks alot, Shep

Sorry for double post - browser came back 2x when posting this saying it couldn't load the page - what is up with that? Again, my apologies, Shep

Thanks for the reply, JB. Sorry slow to respond - I've been away awhile and busy as could be... That is the only code it shows, unfortunately. I tried, re-tried, uninstalled, re-installed, to no avail.
