Well, technically you do. Without taking any memory from your system, the intel chipset has it's own 32mb of memory. An additional 192mb can be (and is) stolen from the memory on your motherboard, and allocated to your video card, but it is still physically attached to your motherboard. This means many games and software utilities will still read it as 32mb, because that's all that is physically there.
