I suspect that is part of your problem. Your IE security is probably blocking cookies.
If you reply with the version of Windows you are using and the version of IE, then someone will probably be able to advise you on how to enable cookies.
I would also suggest you download and install this program (it's free) CCleaner ...
Alternative Download.
1. After installing...run the program...click on
Analyzer...then click on
Run Cleaner.
2. On the left side of the window, click on Registry...click on
Scan for issues...click on
Fix selected issues.
This program will safely cleanup your temp files which will also help with your IE program.
