I had a 3gp file in my bluetooth folder..After an accident format i lost that file and now want to get it back..What should i do?
I tried using some freeware software for retrieval but its not finding it..

It really depends on if that area of the disk has been overwritten, or even partially overwritten since you formatted you disk. The most reliable software I've used is R-Studio, but it does come with a price tag. It might be worth you downloading the demo first to see if it finds the file first. (Free R-Studio download)

If the file has been overwritten, then there is absolutely no possibility of retrieval, simply because there will be nothing left to retrieve!
