Hi.

I need help getting into my system BIOS. When I restart my computer, my keyboard doesnt work until about half way through the boot process so I am unable to press F2 to get into the BIOS. This is really annoying as I have to reinstall windows XP and need to restart and make it boot from CD. However I cannot do this, because I cant get into the BIOS to tell the machine to boot from CD.

Any ideas of booting from CD from windows itself?

No you see i cant press anything. My keyboard does not work until windows has loaded. I cant press f2 f10 f406.

All i need to know is there a way to change the boot order from windows itself?

Have a look here>http://www.pchelpforum.com/windows-9...ntry-keys.html its a list of manufacturer specific bios entry keys it will tell you what to press, also are you using a USB keyboard? if so try using a PS/2 keyboard instead, that way you dont have to wait for windows to load the drivers
