we're running firefox on our PC...we can play music on our PC just fine, but any sound online is somehow disabled or not working...i'm not technologically stupid, but i've looked around in the settings and can't seem to find what could be the problem...

if anybody has any ideas, please tell me! (and walk me through possible ways to fix it?)

Do you get no sound at all in firefox or just some websites? Which websites is it on?

We get NO audio in firefox at all...it doesn't matter if it's on youtube, myspace, etc...there's no audio...video plays online fine, just w/ no sound...i'm completely at a loss on how to find and fix this problem! Like i said, i can play videos and music that's saved on our computer perfectly fine...
