Hi Guys,

Ive just bought a media centre to put all my dvd's onto, however, i am looking for a simple software to shrink the files down and convert to xvid, avi, dvix , i have tried avi.net but have issues with the speech being way out.

has anyone any ideas on a great simple bit of software i can use?

i would just like to point out that this is NOT piracy, By law you are allowed to backup you own media (that you own and have purchased). since all i am basically doing is backing up and not copying to sell etc i am NOT COMMITING PIRACY.
