I have been using at called Jigsaw.com for the past year with no problems. About a month ago when you would click on a puzzle to do. I would get the following message.

"Unexpected Picture Error download failed"
"check your internet connection"
First it wqas one puzzle and now it is all of them.

I am running XP windows. I have tried clearing history. i have changed nothing in the setting in the last year.

Please help..................
