Hiya guys i was wondering if any of you could help, for some unknown reason to me both firefox and explorer will not work. Both say they cannot display webpage, and i ran ms network diagnostics and it said

I have no idea what this all means, and my internet does work, so i am baffled why these two programs will not work.
Any help would be great

Hi It is most likely a configuration problem who is your IPS so we can have a look at there settings or it they have a setup program for it. Has it worked in the past and stopped working?

hiya my provider is virgin media, and i just moved to my girlfriends so am using her internet connection, as back at home i was on aol! so what im saying is that since i moved to my girlfriends these 2 programs have not worked

heya guys not much help around at the mo, could anyone help here as its getting a little annoying that both firefox and explorer will not work, both still say unable to connect to such an such website, firefox says it cant establish a connection to the server of digg.com or watever site you want to look at, anyone able to help me here please!

Hi,how are you connecting to girlfriends Virgin media?
Have you uninstalled AOL?

Have you tried direct connection to the cable modem?

Try rinstall of network drivers?

hiya im connecting to my girlfriends internet by wireless connection from my laptop to the router, and i dont have aol installed on my laptop i was just using the wireless connection at my home, ive never had any isp software on my laptop. I havent tried dirrect connection to the cable modem yet, is that where you put the cable from the router into the laptop?? Try reinstalling the network drivers what do you mean?? sorry bit of a novice here!! anything else you need??
