General Software - [Resolved] CMD.EXE help posted in the Software forums; hi im trying to do c++ atm im making a console application and when i execute the .exe the cmd box shows very quickley and go`s away my cmd always ...

Question [Resolved] CMD.EXE help

hi im trying to do c++ atm im making a console application and when i execute the .exe the cmd box shows very quickley and go`s away my cmd always messes up i cant run anything through it is there a site i can download it again to reinstall cuz i have no setup disk or floppy i never got one ?..

what i mean is eg. i have a c++ engine and compiler when ive finished compiling i click execute and it just popsup just like when i click any .bat i can goto start run cmd but i want it to work properly

When the command has finished it will automatically close unless you have the pause command at the end of the batch file for example (tes.bat):

@echo off
cls
echo this is a .bat file
pause

and the command window will stay open.

i have got pause at the end it even dunt work with .bat from programs i will make a youtube vid if ya want it wont take to long
