Lightbulb [Answered] Macro Colour Recognition?

Hello PChelpforum, I was wondering if any of you know if there's a macro-making tool, or any kind of programmable something that could detect the colour of a pixel at the co-ordinates specified, for example, look to see if the colour is red at x512 y394, to tell if the middle of the screen is red.

I want to try and build a small program to automatically control a racing game I have, and by re-skinning the track area completely green, the area to the left completely red and the area to the right completely blue, I'm hoping making the program recognise these colours would help my car auto-steer.

Any help would be really appreciated!

I was trying to use SCAR, because it has the colour recognition bits I needed, but I think it only works for java-based stuff, (ie; runescape). What kind of program would you recommend?

So somthing similar to what this program dose Color Detector 1.0 - Freeware program to detect the color of any pixel on the screen. Simply run the program, point the mouse cursor anywhere on the screen, and the color detector window will display the RGB values, HTML hex code, and the color name
