Default photoshop

I have photoshop 7.0 and Ive been using it for a long time, and its recently started giving me this message when I start it to use it:
" Windows is running without a paging file. This is potentially dangerous and offers no performance improvements over running with a properly configured paging file. For this system, Adobe Photoshop setting Windows virutal memory to have a minimum ammount of at least 16MB and a maximum ammount of at least 637 MB. Please review the Adobe Photoshop read me for information on configuring Adobe Photoshop for optimal performance. Continue launching?" then it lets me choose if I want to click yes or no. It doesnt seem to really matter what one I click cuz it does the same thing reguardless, it loads the program, lets me use it then when I go to use the magic selecting wand my computer restarts, it lets me choose to use that tool but as soon as I click on the section I want to select my computer restarts, Its almost like clicking a selection on an image to delete or edit it is the same thing as clicking the 'restart' button to reboot. I posted a thread last night about my hard drive and how it's been giving me similar problems with restarting on its own and Im somehow now starting to think that my problem between the two things are somehow interlinked. does anyone know what I should do to get rid of that option box on photoshop startup? I know something isnt right and thats why Im getting that box, I just dont know whats wrong. Please help! I wanna fix this
