Default Java Help

Ok i like runescape and so when i started to play today it was skippy.like it was a low framerate.So i reinstalled java a few times and it started to work smoothly.Today i woke up and it was skippy again.Anyone have ideas?

Are you sure it's framerate issues and not connection lag?

5mb connection and it WAS working ok for a while after i reinstalled java.

I found out that restarting my computer fixes it.It goes back to skippy after about 1hour.
