Any ideas? I run XP SP2 with IE7 and OE. I have myself as an Administrator and my wife as a limited user. My e-mail is fine but her e-mail after a period of time starts to show a message when she clicks on a message that it is unable to display it due to lack of disk space or memory. (I have at least 260 gb of hard disk spare and 2mb of memory) It will then not delete any thing and suddenly all the folders appear empty. If she disconnects from OE and then goes back in - all is well again, for a while. She has deleted most of the old stored stuff on OE so it is not weighed down. Any help would be appreciated.

Honestly, you'd probably be best off just leaving as is...unless it is just impossible to work with Outlook the way it is.

If you wanted to try to resolve the issue, you should first try deleting her outlook express profile and recreating it (she might lose her e-mails). If that doesn't help, try reinstalling Outlook Express in which you might have to recreate all the profiles and risk losing all your e-mails. And if that still doesn't help, try deleting her Windows profile and creating a new one.
