What are the requirements of the forum. Is it just a fun forum for example could you just use a free forum host? (search free forum host in google)

In general it should be a free discussion forums with some solid space, but absolutely free.
The more thing, that interests me is the instructions, on how to start using forum software. How should I install it if it's required and stuff like that. |

No-Ad Free Forum Hosting - FreeForums.org would that fit your purpose?
That requires no installation, just you will have to configure it in the admin control panel. |
