I am using Outlook 2003 and would like to look into upgrading to the new Outlook 2007. I surfed the Microsoft site and navigated to the Outlook link. When I tried to find a upgrade download, it pointed me to chain stores that sell MS Office. Don't they sell via download like every other software product? I haven't bought software off the shelf in years.
