Have up to date Nero 7 Premium, using the VHS to hard drive function, cannot open sound options on the loudspeaker logo, also the vision is recording in phase since downloading the driver WHQL HCT 11. 1a Test Spec, from Microsoft as requested in the handbook. Can anyone help please.

I had all kinds of weird problems with Nero 7. I switched back to Nero 6. It tells you that it isn't compatible with XP, but it still works. I'm not familiar with Nero Vision tho. I'd reinstall the software. Perhaps someone else is more familiar with V7 & Nero Vision.

Thanks, I think my problem lies with the drivers, so have local friend who will come to sort out. It would appear that when I downloaded the recommended driver, it destroyed all the other related ones. Nero should not tell you to do one thing if it gives one further problems, Thanks anyway
