Default how do i put dvds on a zen vision:m?

hey dudes!
a friend of mine has a zen vision m and because he doesnt have a pc he uses mine to put music on it. everything goes fine with music i successfully put 10gb of music on his 30gb zen vision:m.
however whats the point of all that space and that gorgeous screen if your not going to put dvds on it? i tried to put dvds on his zen but so far ive been unable to.
on my pc i named it "thomas's player" and when you look at it in my computer it is not in the "devices with removable storage" section its in the "other" section as "thomas's player". i downloaded the "isofter dvd to mp4 setup" (Convert DVD to iRiver, DVD to PSP, Zen Vision, iPod, etc) to put the dvds on but whenever i select the output section of the converter thing there is no "thomas's player" only the usb ports in the "devices with removable storage" section.i cannot find "thomas's player".im thinking of uninstalling his zen so my pc might read it as a removable storage device.
any ideas anyone? any help at all would be really appreciated. thx

P.S. i selected the usb ports in the output section on the converter thing and it just said please insert a thing into port whatever it is.

Hi!

Can't you just rip the DVD to your PC and then use the software from Creative to transfer the videofile to the Vision:M?

Robin

Some programs avoid this protection but this isn't your question of the thread right?
Does it help what I suggested?
