Sorry to be so vague, the problem arises when I try to open an http email attachment. Sometime I can but mostly I can't. I get the message "the operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer" Any help?

This sounds like you are on a network, that has been restricted. Is this correct ?
If so you may need to talk to your network administrator. |
