Default photoshop help

When I run Adobe Photoshop after 5 minutes it slows down my computer. I know it uses a lot of my virtual memory but is there something I can do? I have an AMD Sempron, 1.83 GHz, 1,5 GB of RAM and use Windows XP.

Default Re: photoshop help

Hi id301, welcome to the PCHF.

Unfortunately there's not alot that can be done.
Photoshop uses a fair amount of temp space on the hard drive...ensure that you have plenty of space free.
