Can you help?
When I try to view videos on certain sites My screen freezes and I have to restart my browser.
I am currently using Firefox and my broadband provider is Sky.
I have noticed that the videos I am trying to view all seem to be 'windows media player' format.
Any other format seems to be fine.

Hi there,

First, update ALL of your Firefox plugins from this page: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7

Then test and let us know...

Downloaded plugins and still the same, I have spoken with a friend who say's he had the same problem when his I.P. was Sky, could this be the problem? if Sky broadband
doesn't support windows media player. why would this be?

What version of Windows Media Player do you have? I believe there was a problem with WMP11 early on in the Beta trial of this service. Have you been to the Sky Anytime site to see if there is an update to the software?
