hi everybody

i got following problem:

I bought yesterday evening online nero7 and downloaded. I installed it on my laptop and works fine. but i can not install on my pc because it says: "the installed version is not compatible with nero 7 please update or uninstall before you install nero 7." but I did it before installing nero 7. I uninstalled from control panel add or remove programms the old version of nero, moreover i deleted everything windows search has found on windows but i can still not install the new version of nero. can sb please help me thank you very much in advance.

Hi Sindoma, welcome to the PCHF.

Unfortuantely from the way I understand Nero 7's licensing model, you can only have it installed on 1 computer at a time.

I could be wrong however...I'll do a bit of reading and get back to you.
