I own 2 Enza Dreameo media players. One downloads audio books from Library2go just fine. The other players Certificate of Authenticity seems to have been corrupted as it will not allow the download of audio files. Since both are downloaded from the same computer, with the same programs this seems strange to me. How can I get this fixed? Thanks for any assistance you can give me.
