Exclamation Windows media player help

I have windows media player version 10 and i can't play some wmv and mpeg files i hear the sound but the video is scrambled . How do i fix this ?

Welcome to PCHF!

Upgrade it to Windows Media Player 11 would be the easiest way. Here's the link to download it from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...1/default.aspx.

I cant upgrade it because i dont have a genuine version of windows xp
