Default transfering program from Floppy disk to cd

I have a program on 3 floppy disk that i would like to put on a cd. I have a laptop that does not have a floppy disk drive to open the disk is why i am doing this. what is the best way to do this?

It dependes on how the program works it might no work if the files are marked as read only which is what will happen when there on a CD. You could try copy each disk in to a sepperate folder and burn the contents of each folder to seperate 3 CD it may also work if you copy all 3 folders to 1 CD as long as the program prompts you for the location of the disk. If you tell me the program it may help

It is a program that a friend of mine has that he uses to tune up cars. It is called "Holley Commander 950" it say's on the disks it is a "total engine management system, PRO Software Version 3.0.7 it is on 3 floppy disks, he would like to put the program on a laptop computer, but of course the laptop has no floppy disk drive.
