Default Azureus download speeds

Hi there,

I am using azureus and have 2.2mbps connection and i am only managing 20-40kbps

I have checked ports and also opened more connections that windows lets me have using a patch i found.
also set up azureus so ive got less uploads and more downloads but still getting poor download speed

is this the max that i can get out of having a 2.2mb connection or is anyone else getting faster downloads on the same connection?

Thanks guys.
