Default What does no combination of intermediate filters mean?

I am using DVDit Pro 6, and I currently reformatted my system. I put DVDit back on my computer and whenever I try to simulate my dvd project or try to set an image to a button it gives me the error, " operating system error: HRESULT = 0x80040217 - No combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection. -14." Can anyone explain to me what that means, and some possible way to fix it? Thanks for any help.

Hi I killed Kenny,
Welcome.
I've had a quick look around and the closest I can find on the Roxio forums ( not hugely helpful) is that this might be an issue with codecs. You could also try updateing your VGA card drivers as this seems to be a problem seen before.

yea I had kindof figured it was a codec issue. But what codec's do I go in search of? I mean....theres SO many out there. I don't want to just start downloading and installing them when I don't even know what half of them are...I was hoping maybe someone would have some idea of what codec I would need?... I don't really understand how they work personally, therefore making it hard for me to decide what is right and what is wrong.... thanks for the help though, I'm glad someone else thinks its the same thing I do.
