Default [Resolved] Microsoft Word Question

A friend of mine typed out an official document using Microsoft Word to be emailed to a company. This document also included a picture. Now, they got it all set out how they wanted it to look and saved it. They e-mailed the document to me to check it over but when it loads into my Microsoft Word the picture has moved down the page and isn't where it should be when originally done. Does anyone know what is causing this?

Hi Fools Gold ,

What layout was the picture (double click it). Try setting it to square.

It's already set to square

This is what it looks like when my friend originally set it all out and saved it:-

Name of company
Address
E-mail

Dear Mr, Blogs

Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah

Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah

but when I received it and loaded attachment into Word it looks like this:-

Name of company
Address
Email

Dear Mr, Blogs

Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah

Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah

The picture has moved down to the beginning of the second paragragh of the letter

Default Microsoft Word Question (Part2)

Thought I had resolved this problem but have found out that I haven't:-

A friend of mine typed out an official document using Microsoft Word to be emailed to a company. This document also included a picture. Now, they got it all set out how they wanted it to look and saved it. They e-mailed the document to me to check it over but when it loads into my Microsoft Word the picture has moved down the page and isn't where it should be when originally done. Does anyone know what is causing this?

Any help would be much appreciated

Please dont open another thread on the same issue, just post in the original thread and if required it will be unmarked.
