Default Best Web Design/Graphic Software ?

Hi Guys,

Hope someone can give me some advice, ive took a long break from Web Design and im looking to get back into it. Im a bit out of date which is the best software out thier.

I currently run Vista, and have the following programmes installed at the mo......so are these still the best or would anyone recommend something different ?

DreamWeaver 8, Fireworks 8, Flash 8, Photoshop Cs2, and Image Ready Cs2......

Is thier anything else out thier i could try, im looking for something aswell that can easily add effects to images, something simple.......

Thx in advance for any suggestions..

The best in web design and graphics production has got to be Studio MX.

But you have already great programs, dreamweaver is brilliant for web design. CS2 is great. You are fine with what you have.

Do you have trouble using them? I can provide a website with tutorials if you want.

Do you have a large amount of webspace? If using a free package then it is unlikely and i would recommend uploading to Youtube and grabbing the HTML embed tags.

If you don't mind the quality, also you could use Google Video.

I have a buisness package with one and one, but youtube sounds like a good idea Thx.

If i take a video via the camcorder what software would covert it to a lower size so it wont take ages to watch/download ?

Well youtube converts it anyway. Are you worried about upload speed?
