Default [Resolved] office 2000

i got a problem with import/export via office outlook, i want to export my contacts to outlook on another pc, but the import/export are shaded out. ok i thought i will upgrade it to office xp, now this time i dont even an import/export option lol.

i am now downloading the 2000 office sp3 and the xp sp3, will these updates iron out this problem?

they may. I know on my 2k install both are not greyed out; I've honestly never heard of them being greyed out.....let me know if the upgrade doesn't fix it.....
