That is a windows hidden account and should be left alone, I dont have the time right now but if you google it you should be able to find more information.

Dot Net User Removal

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:

1. On the Welcome screen, click your user name to start Windows.

2. Click Start, and then click Run.

3. In the Open text box, type regedit, and then press ENTER to start Registry Editor.

4. In Registry Editor, locate and then click the following registry subkey:

Code:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList
5. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.

In the right pane, a Name field that contains New Value #1 of a new value is selected for editing.

6. In the Name field, type ASPNET, and then press ENTER to replace New Value #1 with ASPNET.

A new value that is named ASPNET is created under the subkey that you located in step 4.

7. Quit Registry Editor.

8. Click Start, and then click Shut Down.

9. In the Shut Down dialog box, click Restart, and then click OK.

When Windows restarts, your desktop appears.

Right click on the Desktop / select Properties / select Screensaver / untick On resume, password protect.
