Default [Fixed] Screen while booting up?

I just biult my pc about 3 weeks ago and there has been this screen every thim i boot up ever since, i was wondering what im suposed to do, like chang a setting or somthing. I alwas just hit F1, im shure i was suposed to go change somthing i just dont knoe what.

you can hit f1; do you have a floppy in this rig?

No, But I have one i could put in if needed. I just dont like having to see this screen every time.

you could probably go into bios and disable the floppy drive, and that may fix it, depending on the bios and the age of the machine.

Not my area of expertise, but what choices do you get when you go into the Post boot sequence, and System Configuration?

Hay i went and disabaled the Ploppy drive and now it gos straght to the XP boot up screen. I keep herering things about Post boot and id like to know more about it just so i know what it means when somone says it. Im realy good with software within the os. But im just starting to try and figur out all this Bios / boot up stuf.
