my pc keeps on restarting when I'm downloading, I think the problem is in command prompt but I don't really know exactly how to fix it. I think I'm think gonna need some tips from you guys.. thanks a lot y'all! ;-)

Do you get any blue screens of death? If so follow the BSOD's link below this post and post up the results.

To see if we can analyze this for you do the following;
Right click on My Computer > properties > advanced tab > startup and recovery settings > system failure (un-check "Automatically re-start"

This will force a BSOD so that we can at least get an error message to work with....

I click those links starting at the first but, when I arrived at PCHF Pre-work I already encounter problems my restarts again.

Can you please try to boot into safe mode with networking support?
