my pc keeps on restarting when I'm downloading, I think the problem is in command prompt but I don't really know exactly how to fix it. I think I'm think gonna need some tips from you guys.. thanks a lot y'all! ;-)

Welcome to PCHF
To see if we can analyze this for you do the following; Right click on My Computer > properties > advanced tab > startup and recovery settings > system failure (un-check "Automatically re-start" This will force a BSOD so that we can at least get an error message to work with....

I click those links starting at the first but, when I arrived at PCHF Pre-work I already encounter problems my restarts again.
