Default Letter head help

Hi all, I have been given the task to incorperate our letter head in to our custom programs. The thing is I havn't had a lot to do with editing graphics and was wondering the best way to do this I have attached a scan of the letter head I'm trying to replicate it looks terrible at the minute but I'm hoping to make it clear and change the color to somthing like this any suggestions would be great

Thanks,
Matt

I can sooooooooo relate.

Let me see what your graphic looks like, also what programs are you supposed to be incorporating it into?

Looking forward to your reply,

I will be using it in Word as a template and in Visual Basic and also in Access. I'm tyring to cut down the costs of letter heads being printed and also waste paper.

Hey Matt,

Sorry about the delay, I was called away for a conference call.

The Word files are simple, you just need to create a template,

For Word:

Open a word document, blank or form letter, whatever you want to convert to a letterhead. Click on View, Header Footer. Click within the Header. Click on Insert, from File. Choose the .tif you sent or a better print ready black and white file will give you sharp clean printable results, if you like you can click on the Footer, and insert the address information etc., then hit Enter. Click on Save As, and choose Document Template in Save As Type. Name it blank letterhead or whatever, and click on Save.

For Access: It depends on what you want the letterhead on, is it end product? Data page titles?
Regardless, you will need to get a good jpeg or gif version of the letterhead as .tif isn't supported in Access.

Creating pages with a letterhead in VBulletin I'm not sure of. Perhaps Toby could assist you.
Hope that helps a little, looking forward to your reply,

TTFN
