I'm sorry about that mate, I slipstreamed a lot of the patches / updates into my XP cd, and wrongly thought it was part of the SP2, its version 9 that was part of it.

Here's the link for version 10, hopefully this will fix it...

You probably don't have the driver for the MP3, but that would also be a little odd if your using Windows XP. Try going to the manufacturers web site of your player, download a driver if they have one and see if that solves your problem.
Ive got the driver for the mp3 player. A buddy of mine has xp and has 10 on it and it worked just fine on his comp with 10. I just cant get MP10 to load onto my computer. MP11 lets me put music on it....but not photos...using my computer that is...
