Heres one way to do it that ive used before. Youll need a screen capture utility, the one in winxp may work, but i dont know for sure cause i dont use it. I use Gadwin Printscreen which allows you to save in several different formats(.bmp , .jpg , .png , .tif , .gif) You can get it here:

Open adobe to the image you want, click on > View > Fullscreen , and then use the printscreen capture. The fullscreen image has a black background that you can edit out or leave if you want.
