Look up Nero in your Start > Programs menu, you should see nero in there. In one of the submenus, you should see Nero Vision Express. If not, then you don't have it. Look through the CDs that came with your computer or DVD burner, whatever the case. If you don't have one and you bought your computer with the DVD drive in, call up your manufacturer and tell them that they forgot your Nero CD.
Burning the AVI file in a Data DVD is not going to solve your problem, it must be a DVD authoring program.

i am confused.
i just wanna burn my anime into dvd which can be watch on dvd player.
So how can i do that ?
anyone know ? i don think nero can do it..

Yes, if it's in MPEG2 format. If it's not, it will not read on your DVD player. You must have it converted to MPEG2 or a .VOB file.
If you don't have something that can convert it for you, you will end up buying something.
